Screw conveyors concerning ATEX directive 94/9 CE

This directive found application on machinery and give protection systems in order to be used in potential explosive atmosphere.
Explosive atmosphere means mixture, doing in atmospheric conditions, air with inflammable substances on gas state, vapour, fogs or powders, after primer, combustion propagates together with mixture not burnt as potential as explosive atmosphere means atmosphere susceptible to be trasformated in explosive zone caused by local and operative condition.
Regarding this directive will be done difference for machinery groups and classes. II machinery group touches machinery destined to be used on different zones, putting them in dangerous and explosive zone. Screw conveyor had been classified on this II group. Machinery and protection systems must be designed and realized considering technological knowledge regarding protection against explosions, in order to use them for all the time for seen on safety code. Near Fansider plant, we plan and realize screw conveyors, classified to be used on plants as zone as safety 20-21-22(see here with certificate). Therefore, at the end, together with machinery, customer will receive relative identification tag released by certification institute (authority certificate), in order to apply it on machinery with specific symbol, belonging group and class required for certification.
